The address of the principal place of business and chief executive office of each Credit Party is, and the books and records of each Credit Party and all of its Chattel Paper (as defined in the UCC) and records of Accounts (as defined in the UCC) are maintained exclusively in the possession of such Credit Party at, the address of such Credit Party specified in Schedule 7.18 (or, after the Third Amendment Effective Date, at such other address permitted by Section 5.3(a)(i) of the Security Agreement).
