Common use of Lock-in Period Clause in Contracts

Lock-in Period. The Allottee cannot nominate in favour of any third party before the expiry of a period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date of this Agreement.

Lock-in Period. The Allottee Allottees cannot nominate in favour of any third party before the expiry of a period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date of this Agreement.

Lock-in Period. The Allottee cannot nominate in favour of any third party before the expiry of a period of 12 24 (Twelvetwenty four) months from the date of this Agreement.
