Lodgement. Claims for benefits, appeals, any related documents and any notification or other communication by a person will be lodged with the Competent Institution of the Contracting state.

Lodgement lodge with ASIC: (i) for the purposes of section 411(10) of the Corporations Act, an office copy of the orders made by the Court under section 411(4)(b) of the Corporations Act approving the APN PG Scheme; and (ii) the duly executed APD Trust Supplemental Deed,

Lodgement. The employer must do all things necessary to ensure this Agreement has effect. Without limiting clause 3.1 of this Agreement, the Employer must lodge this Agreement in accordance with the requirements of the Fact Sheet. DATE OF EFFECT This Agreement does not have any effect unless: The Agreement is lodged with Coal LSL; and The Agreement is approved by Coal LSL. Subject to clause 4.1, this Agreement takes effect on the date specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 which must be a date after this Agreement is lodged with Coal LSL. The parties acknowledge and accept that: approval of this Agreement by Coal LSL will terminate any Prior Agreement; and unless approved by Coal LSL, this Agreement will not terminate any Prior Agreement.

Lodgement. ‌ (a) The employer agrees to lodge this Agreement and any variation agreement with Coal LSL as soon as practicable after the parties have executed the Agreement. (b) The employer agrees to notify the employee when this Agreement and any variation agreement have been lodged with Coal LSL.

Lodgement. If the Conditions (other than the Condition in clause 2.1(e)) are satisfied, Talison must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Court orders approving this Scheme as soon as practicable after such office copy is received, and in any event by no later than 5.00 pm on the Business Day after the date on which the Court makes those orders (or such other Business Day as Talison and Bidder agree in writing).

Lodgement. This agreement shall be lodged with the Employment Advocate as a union collective agreement under sec 328 of the Act.

Lodgement. Immediately following Completion the Buyer must lodge with ASIC for registration the ASIC Forms 484 notifying the changes of directors, secretaries, and members, shareholding and ultimate holding company of the Target Group Companies arising from Completion.

Lodgement. A copy of this Operational Agreement (OA) and its Schedules will be promptly provided to the GIA Secretariat by the OA Parties once signed.

Lodgement. Each party will provide the GIA Secretariat with its executed signature page or signed letter of accession.
