Lodgement of Court orders with ASIC. If the Conditions (other than the Condition set out in clause 2.1(e)) are satisfied, the Target must promptly lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Court order approving this Scheme, and in any event by no later than 5:00 pm on the Business Day following the date on which the Court approves this Scheme or such other Business Day as the Target and the Bidder agree in writing.
