Log Entries Clause Samples

The Log Entries clause establishes requirements for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of specific activities, transactions, or events relevant to the agreement. Typically, it obligates one or both parties to create, store, and make available logs or records, such as service performance logs, access logs, or maintenance records, for a defined period. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by providing a verifiable record of actions taken, which can be critical for audits, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Log Entries. CITY shall promptly notify MORPHO of any failures, malfunctions, problems or defects in the Equipment or Software. CITY shall maintain detailed logs of all Equipment and Software failures, malfunctions, problems and defects. Upon request, CITY will make such logs available to MORPHO for use in connection with performance of its obligations hereunder.

Customer shall maintain detailed logs of all Equipment and Software failures, malfunctions, problems, and defects. Upon request, Customer will make such logs available to MORPHO for use in connection with performance of its obligations hereunder. MORPHO reserves the right to share the log entries created, generated, and produced by Customer with any related or reasonably identifiable third party, manufacturer, or supplier. MORHPO may utilize the information contained in the Customer’s log entries to limit MORPHO’s liability and to properly direct primary and sole liability upon another third party, manufacturer, or supplier.
Log Entries. AGENCY, after its request, shall be provided with IWS records regarding System failures, and any other malfunctions, problems, or defects in the System, in accordance with a format to be provided by IWS.
