Common use of Login and Password Clause in Contracts

Login and Password. The user requests the following login and password. The login must be 8-15 characters (A-Z and/or 0-9, no spaces). Only one login per office will be provided. The password must be 8-15 characters (A-Z and/or 0-9, no spaces). User shall keep the login and password confidential. The Trustee reserves the right to alter or eliminate user's login or password at any time, without prior notice.
