Common use of Long Form Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Long Form Evaluation. Responsibility for Evaluation: Employees have a right to be evaluated by a single evaluator. In the case of a classroom teacher, it shall be the building administrator. In the case of a staff member assigned to more than one building, the evaluator shall be determined by October 1 of each school year based upon the program to which the individual is assigned, where the teacher spends a majority of his/her time, or the home school to which the individual is assigned. It is the responsibility of the designated evaluator to seek input from other administrators in buildings to which the itinerant is assigned.
