Common use of Long Service Step Clause in Contracts

Long Service Step. Effective October 1, 2014, (October 1, 2012, for all nursing/professional-technical classifications as per existing LOUs) a Long Service Step equivalent to two percent (2%) shall be added to Schedule “A”. Employees shall be eligible for the Long Service Step identified in Schedule “A” upon completion of the following: (i) Twenty (20) or more years of continuous service; and
