Common use of Longevity Pay Clause in Contracts

Effective July 1, 2016, employees will qualify for the following amounts effective July 1st at the beginning of the year in which they will have completed the years of service listed below: Years of Service Salaried Hourly 15 years of service $1,000 annually $0.48 per hour 20 years of service $2,000 annually $0.96 per hour 25 years of service $3,000 annually $1.44 per hour
