Common use of LONGSTOP DATE Clause in Contracts

LONGSTOP DATE. If the Date of Practical Completion has not occurred by the Long-stop Date, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the other at any time after the Long-stop Date whereupon this Agreement will be determined and neither party will have any liability to the other in respect of this Agreement.
