Loop Road Clause Samples

The Loop Road clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, or use of a loop road within a property or development. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for building and maintaining the road, outlines access rights for various parties, and may address cost-sharing arrangements among property owners or tenants. Its core practical function is to ensure clear allocation of duties and access, preventing disputes over road use and upkeep within shared or multi-tenant properties.
