Loss Control. Kin Yat will be responsible for maintaining its facilities and operations in accordance with applicable fire protection and loss control laws, regulations and industry standards.

Loss Control. To ensure that a loss control program is carried out to minimize and control losses due to accidents, environmental hazards and other risks.

Loss Control. The Member will implement a program of loss control in substantial conformance with the Loss Control Program Standards for Members as established (and amended from time to time) by the Pool (the “Loss Control Standards”). The Member acknowledges, understands and agrees that (a) the Loss Control Standards are only recommendations of minimum standards that should be adopted by each member of the Pool, (b) the Pool makes no representation or warranty that the Loss Control Standards are sufficient or adequate for the Member, and (c) the Member must tailor its loss control program to the meet Member’s specific requirements.

Loss Control. For each Facility, Flextronics will maintain loss control standards consistent with the National Fire Protection Association guidelines.

Loss Control. 24.1 The employee undertakes to act honestly and with integrity at all times, and to protect the employers’ property. He/she accepts the obligation to report to the employer any irregularities, dishonesty or any other conduct of any co- employee or person, constituting misconduct, he/she is or become aware of, without delay 24.2 The employee hereby consents to his/her person, property and/or vehicle being searched by the employer or his/her nominated representative, provided that female employees shall be searched by female persons and male employees by male persons. 24.3 The employee acknowledges and associates him/herself with the fact that close circuit television and other camera surveillance equipment will be used in the workplace to monitor and control theft and other losses. The employee also agrees that visual material obtained in this fashion could be used as exhibits.

Loss Control. ACIP may, with the approval of the Board, establish Loss Control Programs to be adopted and implemented by the Parties. The Executive Director may issue periodic loss-control recommendations to assist in control of identified risks. ACIP may, in its discretion, make services available to the Parties to assist in the implementation of a Loss Control Program or loss-control recommendations. The Parties agree that they will cooperate in the implementation of any and all loss-control recommendations and Loss Control Programs. Should any Party disagree with a loss-control recommendation issued by the Executive Director, that Party may request that the Board review the recommendation at its next scheduled meeting. A decision by the Board shall be final and binding on all Parties. Failure by a Party to comply with a directive by the Board may be subject to suspension pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement.

Loss Control. EICN will perform all duties related to loss control procedures for the workers’ compensation portion of the Integrated Product as required by law or by EICN’s internal procedures as they may be amended from time to time. Blue Cross shall comply with any similar legal requirements relating to Large Group medical.
