Common use of Loss in Transit Clause in Contracts

Loss in Transit. Buyer shall have no liability whatsoever for damage, loss or deterioration of the Goods until delivery and acceptance of the Goods to Buyer's place of business by a common carrier, regardless of whether Seller charges Buyer for freight.
