Common use of LOSS OF CONNECTION Clause in Contracts

LOSS OF CONNECTION. On a loss of connection to the site BusinessWatch Group will not be able to provide access to the site unless a secondary communication path has been installed. If a secondary path has not been installed BusinessWatch Group will notify the customer on loss of connection. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to the site in these instances.
