Loss of keys or codes. The Tenant must report to the Landlord immediately he becomes aware of the fact if keys or security codes or devices are lost or compromised during the Term and must take immediate steps to provide new keys or new security codes or devices, supplying the Landlord with a set of keys or the new code or device immediately upon replacement.
