LOSS/THEFT/MISUSE OF CARD. UNAUTHORISED ACCESS/USE; DISCLOSURE OF SECURITY PROCEDURE (a) your Card number (and any associated PIN) are not disclosed to any other person and that you do not compromise any Security Procedure; and (b) any Enabled Device is only used by you to effect transactions on any Digital Payment Service.
LOSS/THEFT/MISUSE OF CARD a) The Cardholder should contact SBICPSL as soon as possible at the SBI Card Helpline if the Primary or any Additional credit card is misplaced, lost, stolen, mutilated, not received when due or if he/she suspects that the credit card is being used without the Cardholder’s permission. Once a card is reported lost, it should not, under any circumstance be used if found by the Cardholder subsequently, and the Cardholder should cut the card diagonally in half. · The Cardholder can also block the card instantly either on IVR or our website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or through SMS based service · To block your lost/stolen card throughSMS, just SMS BLOCK XXXX to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from your registered mobile number. Please call up the help line to get your card blocked immediately and to avoid any misuse. b) SBICPSL is not liable or responsible for any transactions incurred on the card account prior to the time of reporting of the loss of the card to SBICPSL and the Cardholder will be wholly liable for the same. In addition to notifying SBICPSL about the loss or theft of the Card, the Cardholder must report any theft of the Credit Card(s) to the Police and lodge an FIR.The Cardholder will, however, be liable for all losses when someone obtains and misuses the Card or PIN with the Cardholder’s consent, or the consent of an Additional Cardholder. c) As per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) mandate, dated 06 Jul’17 on Customer Protection - Limiting Liability of Customers in Unauthorised Electronic Banking Transactions, a policy is designed to ensure customer protection relating to unauthorized credit card transactions. The same is updated on SBI Card’s website under “Customer Grievance Redressal Policy”. The policy is based on the principles of transparency and fairness in treatment of customers d) If the Cardholder has acted fraudulently the Cardholder will be liable for all losses. If the Cardholder acts without reasonable care, the Cardholder may be liable for all losses incurred. LOSS/THEFT/MISUSE OF CARD. 14.1. Procedure to be followed in case of loss/theft/ misuse of “Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card”- The Cardholder should immediately block the card instantly through the BharatPe mobile app or contact the Customer Care number 8588801242 for immediate action. If the “Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card” (either primary card or add on card) is misplaced, lost, stolen, or if the Cardholder suspects that the “Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card” is being used without the Cardholder’s permission. Once a “Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card” is reported lost, it should not, under any circumstance be used if found by the Cardholder subsequently, and the Cardholder should cut the card diagonally in half.
LOSS/THEFT/MISUSE OF CARD a) The Cardmember must notify the Bank immediately by calling Customer Service at the 24 Hours Toll Free Number 1800 121 9050 in the event the Credit Card is lost, stolen, not received, swallowed at an ATM of RBL Bank or any other Bank, or is being misused without his/her respective permission. In addition, in case of loss theft misuse, the Cardmember must file the Police Complaint/First Information Report (FIR), a copy of which be forwarded to the Bank. b) The Cardmember’s liability arising out of any unauthorised use of the Credit Card prior to notice/ communication to the Bank shall be towards all charges incurred till the notice/communication to the Bank and shall be “Nil” only after receipt of notice by the Bank. c) In case of an unsigned Credit Card, the Cardmember shall be liable for all charges incurred on it. d) The Cardmember is responsible for the security of the Credit Card and shall take all steps towards ensuring its safekeeping, and the Bank shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse of the Credit Card. e) The Cardmember will fully co-operate with the Bank, the representatives of the Bank and/or legal authorities in the event of any investigation into any disputed transaction. f) In the event the Cardmember subsequently recovers the Credit Card (after reporting theft), the recovered Credit Card must not be used and must be cut in half and returned immediately to the Bank.
LOSS/THEFT/MISUSE OF CARD. In case the Card is lost, stolen, misplaced, mutilated, not received when due, if Cardholder suspects that the Credit Card is being used without his/her permission or if someone else knows the PIN or other security information, the Cardholder should contact Union Bank of India immediately by calling the 24x7 National Toll-free Number-1800 425 1515/▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. The Cardholder is advised to file an FIR with the local police station so that the Cardholder can produce its copy whenever requested by the Bank. Union Bank of India is not liable or responsible for any transaction incurred on the Card Account prior to time of reporting of the loss of the card, and the Cardholder will be wholly liable for the same. Once Union Bank of India receives proper notification of the loss, Cardholder is not liable for any future transactions on the Card Account. In case of an unsigned Card, Cardholder shall be liable for all charges incurred on it. The Cardholder will be liable for all losses in case of misuse of the Card by someone who obtained the PIN or the Card with the consent of Cardholder or Add-on Cardholder. If the Cardholder has acted fraudulently, the Cardholder will be liable for all costs, charges, expenses and losses in the Card Account or which may be incurred by the Bank. If the Cardholder acts without reasonable care, the Cardholder may be liable for all losses incurred. In the event any amount is charged by the merchant/ member bank, which is due and payable by the cardholder, whether disputed or not, the Cardholder is liable to make the payment to the Bank as per the billing cycle as applicable to the customer. In addition, thereto, where Union Bank of India has made the payment, the bank is entitled to recover the said amount from the customer. Further, where the amount is in dispute, the customer shall be required to make the payment of the same as per the billing cycle and shall not wait for the outcome/ decision of the dispute. The said right of Union Bank of India to recover and the liability of the customer to make payment shall be valid and subsisting irrespective of the fact that the existing relationship of the customer has ceased with Bank and/ or the Card has been suspended/ closed for any reason whatsoever. In case of loss/theft/card swallow/misuse, the Cardmember must call the 24 Hours Bank by Phone service and request deactivation/blocking of the Credit Card.   • Use of Card PIN 1.1. RECEIPT OF CARD/PIN Once your application for a Card is approved, we shall send you a Card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to be used in conjunction with your Card. Please sign your Card upon receiving it.

  • Use of Customer Data Verizon, Verizon Affiliates and their respective agents, may use, process and/or transfer Customer Data (including intra-group transfers and transfers to entities in countries that do not provide statutory protections for personal information) as set forth in the Privacy Policy and as necessary: (a) in connection with provisioning of Services; (b) to incorporate Customer Data into databases controlled by Verizon, Verizon Affiliates or their respective agents for the purpose of providing Services; administration; provisioning; invoicing and reconciliation; verification of Customer identity, solvency and creditworthiness; maintenance, support and product development; fraud detection and prevention; sales, revenue and customer analysis and reporting; market and customer use analysis including in the manner described in the Privacy Policy; and (c) to communicate to Customer regarding Services.

  • Use of Customer Name Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance. (b) You shall not use and we will not permit the card to be used to effect any card transaction which would contravene the laws of any jurisdiction.

  • Unauthorised Use of Confidential Information The Supplier/Service Provider shall not authorise any party to act on or use in any way any Confidential Information belonging to Transnet whether or not such party is aware of such Confidential Information, and shall promptly notify Transnet of the information if it becomes aware of any party so acting, and shall provide Transnet the information with such assistance as Transnet reasonably requires, at Transnet’s cost and expense, to prevent such third party from so acting.
