Common use of Lost and Found Policy Clause in Contracts

Lost and Found Policy. All items of value found by the Contractor personnel or any Subcontractor during the performance of duties under this Contract shall be immediately turned into the Department’s Lost and Found Office, located on the fourth (4th) floor of MIA Terminal D. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring these policies are thoroughly understood by each employee and strictly enforced at all times.
