Lost, Destroyed, Mutilated or Stolen Unit Certificates. If any unit certificate has been lost, destroyed, mutilated or stolen, the unitholder should promptly notify the Exchange Agent, [●], at [●]. The unitholder will then be instructed as to the steps that must be taken in order to replace the unit certificate. The Election Form and related documents cannot be processed until the procedures for replacing lost, mutilated, destroyed or stolen unit certificates have been followed.
