Common use of Lost Keys Clause in Contracts

Lost Keys. If at anytime Licensee loses any key to the Building, Licensee shall be responsible for paying any and all costs incurred to change the locks and provide all Building tenants with a new set of keys. Any key not returned after the Term of this Agreement shall be considered lost.
