Lot Size. In an R1 Zone the minimum lot size shall be as follows: (A) The minimum lot area shall be seven thousand fifty (7,050) square feet. (B) The minimum lot width at the front of the building line shall be seventy five feet (75’). (C) The minimum lot depth shall be ninety four feet (94’).
