Low Census Standby Premium and Callback Pay When Called Back from Low Census Sample Clauses

The "Low Census Standby Premium and Callback Pay When Called Back from Low Census" clause defines compensation for employees who are placed on standby due to a reduced patient census and are subsequently called back to work. Typically, this clause ensures that staff receive a premium rate or standby pay while they are not actively working but are required to be available, and additional compensation if they are called back to their duties. This arrangement provides financial protection for employees whose scheduled hours are reduced unexpectedly, while also ensuring the employer can quickly respond to fluctuating staffing needs.
