Common use of Lower Salary Range Clause in Contracts

Lower Salary Range. Where an Employee is placed in a continuing full-time, recurring full- time, or recurring part-time position with a lower salary range, the Employee shall be entitled to have that Employee’s name placed on the Reinstatement List for up to forty-two (42) months for purpose of being eligible to be reinstated to the original classification and salary range in accordance with clause 13.5. However, the Employee shall not be entitled to severance pay.
