Common use of Lowest Possible Price Clause in Contracts

Lowest Possible Price. OETC or an OETC Member shall pay the lower of the prices contained in the Attachment A, and any subsequent pricing updates offered to OETC. Any General Price Reduction offered by Contractor must be offered to OETC Members on the OETC Contract. Only General Price Reduction price decreases will apply to all OETC Member orders placed subsequent to a General Price Reduction. For clarity, OETC Members are not entitled to refunds for purchases made prior to a General Price Reduction.
