Terms of the Agreement may be changed by the Bank according to the procedure specified in the Luminor Bank AB General Service Rules, i. e. the Bank undertakes to issue notification of any changes to the documents referred to in this paragraph 60 (sixty) calendar days before the amendments come into force on the Bank internet webpage ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ and in the customer service branches of the Bank. The notice of changes submitted in this manner shall be deemed as duly submitted to the Client except for the cases referred to in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania where the Bank must notify the Client in person about any changes. If, within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the submission of notice of the changes the Client does not submit a written request to terminate the Agreement or the delivery of a particular service, or continues to perform operations, it shall be deemed that the Parties have agreed on the new changes, and subsequently the Client shall have no right to submit to the Bank any disagreement or claims regarding such changes.
