Common use of Lump Sum Payment Clause in Contracts

Lump Sum Payment. The total payment due to the Consultant shall not exceed the Contract Price which is an all-inclusive fixed lump-sum covering all costs, taxes & duties required to carry out the Services described in Appendix D.
