Common use of Lump Sum Price Clause in Contracts

Lump Sum Price. In consideration of Design-Builder’s performance of the Work described herein, City agrees to pay Design-Builder the Lump Sum Contract Price of: Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty Four Dollars and No Cents including applicable sales tax, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents (including the footnotes pertaining to certain line items of Design-Builder’s Proposal), the Contract Price will fully compensate Design-Builder for the duration of the Work required by the Contract Documents.

Lump Sum Price. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents (including the footnotes pertaining to certain line items of Design-Builder’s Proposal)Documents, the Contract Price will fully compensate Design-Builder for the duration of the Work required by the Contract Documents.
