Common use of Lump-Sum Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Lump-Sum Remuneration. 6.1.1 The Service Provider's remuneration shall not exceed the Contract Price and shall be a fixed lump-sum including all Subcontractors' costs, and all other costs incurred by the Service Provider in carrying out the Services described in Appendix A. Except as provided in Sub-Clause 5.2, the Contract Price may only be increased above the amounts stated in Sub-Clause 6.2 if the Parties have agreed to additional payments in accordance with Sub- Clauses 2.4 and 6.3. 6.1.2 Where the contract price is different from the corrected tender price, in order to ensure the contract or is not paid less or more relative to the contract price (which would be the tender price), any part payment valuation and variation orders on omissions and additions valued based on rates in the schedule of rates in the Tender, will be adjusted by a plus or minus percentage. The percentage already worked out during tender evaluation is worked out as follows: (corrected tender price-tender price)/tenderpriceX100.
