M eetings. At the discretion of the Board, or designee, employees may be required to stay longer then the regular workday without additional compensation for the purpose of attending faculty meetings or for professional development. Meetings may continue for a period not exceeding one (1) hour beyond the student day. The Board or designee shall provide at least one (1) day prior notice of these meetings. Employees may be required to attend one evening meeting/event without compensation. Additional meetings/events shall be compensated according to Schedule β.
