  • Analytics 1.1. IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services.   • Guides The Guides, which set forth the terms and conditions under which Washington Mutual Mortgage may elect to purchase mortgage loans from the Company, and the Company shall service mortgage loans on behalf of Washington Mutual Mortgage, are a supplement to this Agreement and such Guides, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by Washington Mutual Mortgage, are incorporated into this Agreement in full by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein. All capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Guides.

  • Philosophy It is the Company’s intent to use regular staff to perform most of its work of a continuing nature. Furthermore, the Company will strive to provide regular staff with stability of employment. The parties agree that a consistent, managed and joint approach to the assignment of work within the Company is necessary to provide security for employees, a more effective, productive organization and an excellent product for the customer.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 Where the Employer is, any time during the Employee’s employment, not satisfied with the Employee’s performance with respect to any matter dealt with in this Agreement, the Employer will give notice to the Employee to attend a meeting; 12.2 The Employee will have the opportunity at the meeting to satisfy the Employer of the measures being taken to ensure that his performance becomes satisfactory and any programme, including any dates, for implementing these measures; 12.3 Where there is a dispute or difference as to the performance of the Employee under this Agreement, the Parties will confer with a view to resolving the dispute or difference; and 12.4 In the case of unacceptable performance, the Employer shall – 12.4.1 Provide systematic remedial or developmental support to assist the Employee to improve his performance; and 12.4.2 After appropriate performance counselling and having provided the necessary guidance and/or support as well as reasonable time for improvement in performance, the Employer may consider steps to terminate the contract of employment of the Employee on grounds of unfitness or incapacity to carry out his or her duties.

  • STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY The University of Minnesota and the Union are committed to recognizing and acknowledging the healthy and positive diversity that we have on the University campuses. Further, the parties recognize that all employees have the right to work in a productive environment in which there is no verbal or physical intimidation, or discrimination or harassment based on the criteria provided in Section 1, Discrimination Prohibition, and Section 2, Sexual Harassment. It is in this spirit that the parties agree to the provisions of this Article. This statement shall not be grievable nor shall either party use this Section as evidence or argument in arbitration.
