Mailed Notice. For Class Members whose email address is unknown to iFIT or whose Email Notice was returned as undeliverable but for whom a physical address is available in iFIT’s records, the Class Action Settlement Administrator shall send Mailed Notice via postcard, by U.S. Mail, proper postage prepaid. In addition, the Class Action Settlement Administrator shall: (1) re-mail any notices returned by the United States Postal Service with a forwarding address and (2) by itself or using one or more address research firms, as soon as practicable following receipt of any returned notices that do not include a forwarding address, research such returned mail for better addresses, and promptly mail copies of the applicable notice to any better addresses so found. The postcards will take one of two forms, depending on the type of remedy the individual Class Member is eligible for. The Class Action Settlement Administrator shall determine the remedy each Class Member is eligible for based on their review of iFIT’s records.
