Common use of Mailing Address Clause in Contracts

Mailing Address. For purposes of giving any notice that may be required by the terms of this deed of trust, Grantor hereby stipulates and agrees that his mailing address is ▇.▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Beneficiary may rely upon this stipulation until such time as Beneficiary has been advised in writing by Grantor of a change of address.
