MAILING NOTICES. All notices and communications in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing, and any notice, communication, or payment hereunder shall be deemed delivered to the addresses thereof two (2) days after deposit in any main branch United States Post Office, certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, or (1) day after deposit thereof with any nationally known and reputable overnight courier service, delivery charges prepaid, or on the date of delivery if personally delivered. Either party may change its address by giving Notice.
