Main principles. After RFO the Host Party shall, at the Tie-in Party’s cost and expense, perform all operation and maintenance functions related to the Transferred Equipment. In case the Transferred Equipment is used by other parties than the Tie-in Party, such cost and expense shall be shared between the users. Such operation and maintenance shall be performed in a Reasonable and Prudent manner, and in accordance with the procedures described in GTC Article 4.2.
