MAINTAIN ACCESS Clause Samples

The "Maintain Access" clause requires one party to ensure that the other party continues to have necessary access to certain resources, systems, or information throughout the duration of an agreement. In practice, this might mean keeping online platforms available, providing login credentials, or ensuring physical entry to a facility as needed for the performance of contractual duties. The core function of this clause is to prevent disruptions that could hinder the fulfillment of obligations, thereby ensuring smooth operations and minimizing the risk of delays or breaches due to lack of access.

The General Contractor shall maintain all entrances and exits from the building for the duration of the contract as well as access to and around the building for vehicular traffic and authorized personnel. B. All materials resulting from demolition and removal operations shall be transported to the ground into dumpster bodies.

The County reserves the right to restrict access to the Terminal for deliveries during peak activity periods by giving ten (10) days notice of such restrictions.
