Common use of MAINTAIN ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS Clause in Contracts

MAINTAIN ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS. The Lessee shall utilize, or cause to be utilized, an accounting system for the Leased Property in accordance with usual and customary practices in the assisted living industry and in accordance with GAAP which will accurately record all Gross Revenues. The Lessee shall retain, for at least three (3) years after the expiration of each calendar year (and in any event until the final reconciliation described in Section 3.2 above has been made), adequate records conforming to such accounting system showing all Gross Revenues for such calendar year.

MAINTAIN ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS. The Lessee shall utilize, or cause to be utilized, an accrual basis accounting system for the Leased Property in accordance with its usual and customary practices in the assisted living industry and to enable Lessee to prepare financial statements substantially in accordance with GAAP which will accurately record all Gross RevenuesGAAP. The Lessee shall retain, for at least three (3) years after the expiration of each calendar year Fiscal Year (and in any event until the final reconciliation described in Section 3.2 above has been made), reasonably adequate records conforming to such accounting system showing all Gross Revenues for such calendar yearFiscal Year.
