Maintain Books and Records. Deja Foods shall maintain complete books and records in connection with the Funding hereunder. a. Such books and records shall be kept in a manner consistent with the Fund's financial and reporting requirements. b. Deja Foods will make available at Deja Foods' office at all reasonable times for examination, audit, inspection, and transportation, the books of account and all other records relating to or reflecting the conduct of Deja Foods' business and all transactions utilizing the Funding.
