Common use of Maintain Existence Clause in Contracts

Maintain Existence. Borrower shall preserve and maintain its existence, rights and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization and qualify and remain qualified in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is necessary in view of its business and operations.

Maintain Existence. The Borrower shall preserve and will maintain its existence, existence and rights and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization and qualify in its principal place of business and remain qualified in each other jurisdiction in which such qualification wherever it is necessary in view of its business and operationslegally required to be qualified to do business.
