Common use of Maintain Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Maintain Insurance Coverage. From the date hereof through Closing, Sellers shall maintain and cause to be maintained in full force and effect the existing insurance on the Assets, the Leased Property and the operations of the Business and shall provide at Closing evidence satisfactory to Buyer that such insurance continues to be in effect and that all premiums due have been paid.

Maintain Insurance Coverage. From Until the date hereof through Closing, Sellers Seller shall maintain and cause to be maintained in full force and effect the existing insurance on the Assets, the Leased Property Assets and the operations of the Business and shall provide at Closing evidence satisfactory to Buyer that such insurance continues to be in effect and that all premiums due have been paid. Seller will maintain its existing product and professional liability insurance on an "occurrence" basis, and covering at least five years after Closing.
