Common use of Maintain Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Maintain Insurance Coverage. Obtain and maintain insurance for the Building, its plant and machinery, in the scope and amount as is customary in the Russian market, and in no event less than PREA and the Fund, respectively, deem prudent to cover their respective interests in the Building. PREA shall provide the insurers with all relevant information required by, and shall keep the insurers informed in accordance with the terms of the insurance policies.
