Common use of Maintain Properties Clause in Contracts

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, service marks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all Material Contracts, trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens created by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries securing Indebtedness all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, how and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens (other than Permitted Liens) all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations including, without limitation, each of the Pledged Properties, in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.;

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-know- how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are in the opinion of management reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties properties, taken as a whole, necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all domestic trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.;

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to the operations of the Borrower and its operations Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

Maintain Properties. Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, Franchise Agreements, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.;
