Maintain Property in Good Standing. During the currency of this Agreement, GF will maintain the Property in good standing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, GF will perform and file all requisite minimum assessment work on the Mining Claims to maintain the same in good standing pursuant and pay all rentals, levies, fees and property taxes required in respect of the Property as and when due, to maintain the same in good standing.
