Maintain Security. The Servicer, Receivables Purchaser (and any of their Affiliates as required) shall bring into effect and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to maintain security and to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or processing of Cardholder Data that is Personal Data and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to such Personal Data.
