Common use of Maintain Security Clause in Contracts

Maintain Security. The Customer must: (a) not make copies of security access keys and devices; (b) secure any lockable gate after use; and (c) ensure that only the Customer and their guests have access to or use of those security access keys and devices for the purpose of gaining access to VA.
