Common use of Maintenance and Enhancements Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Enhancements. In providing the Services hereunder, Seller shall maintain its equipment and systems in the same manner and to the same extent as Seller did in its own operations prior to the Effective Date and as otherwise reasonably requested by Buyer subject to the right of Seller to make appropriate alterations in the level of maintenance and systems commensurate with reductions in required Service hereunder and the orderly transition to Buyer’s systems.

Maintenance and Enhancements. In providing the Services hereunder, Seller shall maintain its equipment and systems and implement upgrades and enhancements thereto in the same manner and to the same extent as Seller did in its own operations prior to the Effective Date date hereof and as otherwise reasonably requested by Buyer subject to the right of Seller to make appropriate alterations in the level of maintenance and systems commensurate with reductions in required Service hereunder and the orderly transition to Buyer’s systemsBackhaul.
