Common use of Maintenance and Operations Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Operations. Provision and responsibility for maintenance of improvements and activities shall be described and included in plans. It is the understanding that facilities, improvements and activities within the passive use area of the park are the responsibility of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, and that facilities, improvements and activities within the active area of the park are the responsibility of the City of Monticello. At such time the County or City requests to program outside of their limits and such program is agreed to by the responsible party, the proposing entity shall be responsible for staffing, setup, maintenance and cost.
