Maintenance and Replacement. (a) The City shall be responsible, at its cost, to operate, replace, repair and maintain the City’s Facilities during the Supply Period in accordance with Good Utility Practice. (b) SaskPower shall be responsible, at its cost, to operate, replace, repair and maintain the Process Waste Line during the Supply Period in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
