Common use of Maintenance Manager Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Manager. 34 The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising all Maintenance Work and for working 35 with the Project Manager to integrate maintenance planning and considerations into design and 36 construction decisions. This individual must be an employee of (i) Developer, (ii) an Equity 37 Member that will hold at least a 1/3 beneficial interest in Developer, or (iii) the Lead Maintenance 38 Firm, and must be present during the Maintenance Period. This individual must serve as the point 39 of contact during the Maintenance Period. The individual’s relevant experience includes the 40 following:
