Maintenance of Comdata Agreement. The Borrower will maintain the Comdata Agreement, or a similar agreement relating to a similar amount of Subject Receivables, in effect.
Maintenance of Licenses The Owner Trustee will obtain and maintain any licenses that the Administrator informs the Owner Trustee are required to be obtained or maintained by the Owner Trustee under the laws of any State in connection with the Owner Trustee’s duties and obligations under the Transaction Documents.

Maintenance of and Access to Records The Servicer will maintain each Receivable File in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5).
