Common use of Maintenance of Control Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Control. Maintain Control of each Guarantor, and (b) own, free and clear of all Liens, one hundred percent (100%) of the equity interests entitled to vote for the board of directors or equivalent governing body of each Guarantor or the general partner of each Guarantor (if such Guarantor is a partnership). As used in this Section, “Liens” shall mean Liens securing Indebtedness.
