Common use of Maintenance of Network Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Network. THE IGD GROUP, a Supplier or another may conduct maintenance on THE IGD GROUP Network or the Supplier’s Network and this will affect the performance of the Service. THE IGD GROUP will use its reasonable endeavours to conduct scheduled maintenance on THE IGD GROUP Network outside normal business hours (AEST).
